Lumai Showcased at Extreme Tech Challenge – AI & Energy Innovation Summit
Lumai was selected from over 200 applicants to participate in the Extreme Tech Challenge (XTC) AI & Energy Innovation Summit, an event bringing together more than 100 leaders from AI, semiconductors, and energy to tackle one of the defining questions of our time: How do we power the AI revolution sustainably?
At the summit, Lumai’s CEO, Dr Xianxin Guo, presented alongside industry leaders including Arm, Synopsys, Foxconn, and Applied Materials, showcasing our optical compute-based approach to AI processing and highlighting how optics can dramatically improve energy efficiency.
The event underlined the critical role of collaboration across the full technology ecosystem in meeting the growing energy demands of AI – from materials science and chip design to grid innovation and power electronics,
